These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding contract between you and Sage Ideas LLC (“Nexural,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Nexural is operated by Sage Ideas LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Our address is 1672 Alden Rd #083, Orlando, FL 32803.
By creating an account, joining the waitlist, subscribing to a paid plan, joining our Discord, or using any other part of nexural.io (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Nexural is a trading community and publisher. Everything we share is general education and our own trades — the same for every member, not advice tailored to you. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or commodity pool operator. Do your own research; you trade at your own risk.
No personalized advice
Our content is impersonal: the same posts, lessons, trades, and alerts go to every member of a plan. We do not know your finances, goals, or risk tolerance, and nothing we publish is a recommendation that a trade is right for you. We do not manage money, hold member funds, or place trades for you. Questions sent to us by email, chat, or Discord get general answers only.
Conflicts of interest
Sage and the Nexural team trade their own accounts and may hold, buy, or sell any security we discuss, including before, during, or after we post about it. Our posts show our trades; they are not a recommendation for you.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Service. It is not for minors.
Accurate information
Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. We may suspend accounts that use false information or impersonate another person or firm.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@nexural.io if you think someone else has accessed it.
- One person, one account. Do not share your login.
- You may not transfer your account to someone else without our written consent.
Paid plans are sold as subscriptions. Current plans and prices are shown on our site at the time you buy. New paid memberships may be paused; while they are, you can join the waitlist instead.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period. All sales are final — no refunds or credits, including partial periods. No results are guaranteed.Billing cycle
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as you chose) and charges the payment method on file until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Taxes
Prices may not include sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes, which are added at checkout where the law requires.
Price changes
We may change prices. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a new price applies to your subscription. The change takes effect at your next renewal, not mid-period. If you do not accept it, cancel before that renewal. The one exception: founding members keep their locked launch price for as long as they stay subscribed (see “Waitlist & referral program” below).
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry it and will let you know by email. If it keeps failing, we may move you to the free tier or pause paid access until payment goes through.
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any plan, renewal, upgrade, add-on, or partial billing period, including if you cancel partway through a period or stop using the Service. Trading losses are never grounds for a refund. Nothing in this section limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Before you pay, use the free tier (Discord, indicators, and free lessons) to decide whether Nexural is right for you.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing or by emailing support@nexural.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then and are not charged again.
Do not use the Service in any way that breaks the law or these Terms. In particular, you may not:
- Share, forward, repost, screenshot to others, or redistribute Pro trades, alerts, paid lessons, or any other paid content — whether for free or for money, in public or in private groups. Paid content is for your personal use only.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service or its content.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our software, indicators, or content, or use bots that overload the Service.
- Upload malicious code, try to get around security controls, or interfere with other members’ accounts.
- Use Nexural AI to create unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
- Impersonate Nexural staff, other members, regulators, or firms.
- Present anything from Nexural as personalized investment advice to anyone else.
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or end access for violations, with or without notice. No refund is owed when we end access for a violation.
Discord is a third-party platform. Member posts are their own opinions, not Nexural's. We don't give personal investment advice in DMs.
Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord’s own terms. We may moderate, remove messages, or remove members from our server at our discretion. Reactions, likes, and follower counts are not endorsements of anyone’s trading skill.
AI answers can be wrong or out of date. They are general information, not advice. Check anything important yourself.
Messages you send to the AI assistant are processed by our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not put sensitive personal or financial information in chat.
Joining the founding list is free and is not a purchase, reservation, or contract. There is no promised opening date or seat. Paid plans open to the founding list first, in join order. Founding members lock in the launch price for as long as they stay subscribed. Referrals only move your place in that order and have no cash value. We may disqualify fake or self-referrals and change or end the program at any time.
- You must be 18 or older to join or refer.
- One person, one waitlist entry. Duplicate entries may be merged or removed.
- No purchase is needed to join or to refer.
- Referrals have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or credit.
- We may review referrals, adjust or remove positions we believe were gained through fake, duplicate, automated, or self-referrals, and change or end the program at any time.
Automation is in paper testing. Paper results use simulated fills and can differ from live trading. If you later connect your own broker account, you own and control it, you are responsible for every order it places, and you can disconnect at any time. Nexural never holds your funds.
- Paper only today. Automation is not available for live trading until we announce its launch. Until then it runs on paper (simulated) accounts only.
- Your broker, your account. If live connections launch, you would connect your own Alpaca brokerage account. That account is between you and Alpaca and is governed by Alpaca’s terms. We never hold your funds.
- Kill switch. You can stop automation at any time by disconnecting your broker account.
- No liability for execution. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for orders placed, missed, delayed, duplicated, or filled at unexpected prices, or for outages at your broker, our providers, or the Service.
The Service — software, indicators, lessons, posts, trades and alerts as published, designs, and branding — is owned by Sage Ideas LLC or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own trading education while your account is in good standing. Nothing else is licensed.
Your content
You keep ownership of the comments, trade reviews, posts, and files you add (“Your Content”). You give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, copy, display, and process Your Content only to run, secure, and improve the Service. We do not sell Your Content.
Public content
Content you choose to make public (for example comments, trade reviews, posts, or Discord messages) stays yours, but you allow us and other members to display it within the Service. You can delete public content; we will remove it from the live Service within a reasonable time.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
The Service relies on third parties such as Discord, Stripe, market data vendors, email and hosting providers, and AI providers. They operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content, and disputes about a third-party service are between you and that provider.
You can stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and asking us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, fail to pay, create security or legal risk, or if we stop offering the Service.
What survives
The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and disputes survive termination.
Your data
Before you close your account you can ask us for a copy of your data. After termination we keep personal data only as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any data, alert, or price will be accurate or timely, or that AI output will be correct. No results are guaranteed.
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. The full risk disclosure at /disclaimer is part of these Terms.To the maximum extent the law allows, Sage Ideas LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or lost data, arising from or related to the Service, even if we were told they were possible.
Some places do not allow these limits. There, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sage Ideas LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of law, (c) Your Content, or (d) your trading or other use of the Service.
We will tell you about any such claim promptly. You may not settle a claim that puts any obligation on us without our written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and applicable U.S. federal law (including the Federal Arbitration Act), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Talk to us first
Before starting any claim, email legal@nexural.io with your name, account email, a description of the issue, and what you want. We will both try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days.
Arbitration
If we cannot resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration may be held by video or phone, or in person in Orange County, Florida, or the county where you live. Payment of AAA fees follows the AAA’s consumer rules. The award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Class action waiver
Claims may be brought only on an individual basis — not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action or arbitration. The arbitrator may not combine claims of different people or award class-wide relief.
Mass arbitration
If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are filed against us by or with the help of the same or coordinated counsel, they will be administered in batches of up to 50 demands at a time (under the AAA’s mass-arbitration rules where they apply), with the next batch starting after the previous one is resolved. Limitation periods are paused for demands waiting in a later batch.
Small claims and court carve-outs
Either side may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead of arbitration if it qualifies. Either side may also go to court to stop infringement of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the Service. Any matter that is not arbitrated will be heard only in the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you and we consent to jurisdiction there.
Your right to opt out
We may update these Terms. We will change the “last updated” date on this page and, for material changes, email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The current version is always at nexural.io/terms.
If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, cancel before the effective date. A change to the dispute section does not apply to a dispute we already knew about before the change.
