Key features include:

• Trade logging and portfolio tracking
• AI-powered performance analytics and insights
• Social features for connecting with other traders
• Educational resources and community features
• Gamification elements including badges and challenges

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and current information

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Our refund policy: 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
• Price changes with 30 days advance notice

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (trades, notes, etc.). By posting content, you grant Nexural Trading a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and share that content according to your privacy settings.

You represent that your content:

• Does not violate any third-party rights
• Is accurate and not misleading
• Complies with all applicable laws

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share false or misleading trading information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to provide financial advice without proper licensing
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

7. Disclaimer

The Service is for educational and informational purposes only. All trading involves risk, and you should consult with a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nexural Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses or missed opportunities
• Loss of data or profits
• Business interruption
• Reliance on any content or information

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated terms on the Service
• Sending an email to registered users
• Displaying a notice in the application

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
