Founder-routed messages get a reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Ops-routed messages (billing, refunds) clear within 12. Bug reports get a status-page mirror if the issue is shared.
Who reads your message.
Founder messages land in Jason's inbox directly — no virtual assistant, no autoresponder, no LLM triage. Ops messages route to a two-person support pod (also human). We don't outsource customer email.
What happens to your data.
Your message is stored encrypted in our database for 18 months for support continuity, then hard-deleted. We never sell it, share it, or train models on it. You can request deletion at any time — same hour.
