Volatility is cyclical — compression leads to expansion, every time. The question isn't whether a squeeze will fire, but when and which direction. ACE Squeeze (Advanced Compression Engine) answers both.
ACE detects when Bollinger Bands contract inside Keltner Channels — the classic squeeze condition. But it goes further with intensity scoring (1-5 scale) that tells you how tightly compressed the market is, and directional momentum analysis that shows which way the energy is building before the release.
The breakout targets are calculated from the compression range — tighter squeeze = more explosive target. An intensity 5 squeeze on ES can produce 15-20 point moves within minutes. ACE gives you the target before the bar fires, so you know your risk/reward before you enter.

Squeeze Detection
Identifies when Bollinger Bands contract inside Keltner Channels — the proven volatility compression pattern. Dots below the zero line = squeeze on. First bar above = squeeze fires.
Intensity Scoring (1-5)
Rates how tightly compressed the market is. Level 1-2 = mild compression, may fizzle. Level 3 = tradeable. Level 4-5 = explosive potential, these are the setups that produce multi-ATR moves in minutes.
Directional Bias
Momentum histogram inside the squeeze shows which direction energy is building. Green and rising = bullish bias. Red and falling = bearish bias. This tells you which way to position BEFORE the squeeze fires.
Breakout Targets
Calculates estimated price targets from the compression range width. Tighter squeeze = more explosive target. Targets update in real-time as the squeeze builds.
Trend State Arrows
Held arrows that persist through the move — up arrow on bullish fire, down arrow on bearish fire. No flicker or confusion about which direction the squeeze resolved.

ACE shows intensity 4+ squeeze building. Momentum histogram is green and rising — bullish bias. The squeeze has been building for 8+ bars.
Enter long on the first bar that fires out of the squeeze (first dot above zero line). The longer the squeeze, the more explosive the move.
Target the ACE-calculated breakout extension level. For intensity 4-5, this can be 1.5-2x the compression range.
ACE shows a squeeze building right at a Volume Profile POC level. Price is compressed at the most-traded price — institutions are accumulating.
Enter in the direction of the squeeze fire. VP POC + squeeze = institutional accumulation about to release. This is a high-conviction setup.
Target the nearest VAH (if long) or VAL (if short). The VP level gives you structure, the squeeze gives you the catalyst.
Settings Reference
Every setting explained. Defaults work out of the box — adjust only when you understand why.
Bollinger Band calculation period. Standard is 20. Shorter catches more squeezes but with lower intensity.
Bollinger Band standard deviation multiplier. 2.0 is standard. Lower = more sensitive to compression.
Keltner Channel calculation period. Should match BB Length for proper squeeze detection.
Keltner Channel ATR multiplier. 1.5 is the standard squeeze threshold. Lower = detects weaker squeezes.
Displays breakout target levels when a squeeze is active.
