Do this
- Search this handbook first. The box is at the top of every page.
- Try "Ask Nex" at the bottom of any page. It answers from this handbook.
- Ask trading questions in the beginner questions channel. No question is too small.
- For account or billing help, email support@nexural.io.
- When you ask, say what you tried and what you expected. You will get a faster answer.
Asking Nex in Discord. Nex is our AI helper in the server.
- Type
/askand your question. It works in any channel. - For a chart, use
/analyzewith the ticker, and attach your chart if you have one. - In the chat channels you can also @mention Nex, or reply to one of its messages. Nex only reads a chart when you ask it to. A picture on its own is just a picture.
- Nex answers one question from you every 30 seconds, so make each one count.
Your progress. Type /mystats in the server. It shows your XP (points), level, streak and achievements.
Real questions other members asked, with short answers, are on Member questions.

Your first chart question. Copy this into the beginner questions channel or trade reviews, and fill in each line. A clear question gets a clear answer.
`` Ticker and chart time (for example, 3-minute): The level I marked: What I am waiting for, or what I saw: Is real buying or selling behind it? Entry / stop / target: What would prove me wrong: My one question: ``

Common mistakes
- Sending account details in the server. Keep emails, card details and passwords out of public channels.
- Asking "should I buy this?" No one can answer that for your money. Ask how to think about the trade instead.
- Waiting too long. If something is broken, tell us early.
